Privacy Policy

We collect account details needed to run the service, including email address, display name, authentication and verification state, linked driver profile, league affiliation, and account role. Public racing profiles show racing information and display names, not account email addresses.

We process race exports, recorded session data, calendars, forum posts, league configuration, and uploaded media to provide the archive, league tools, and live timing features. Passwords are stored as password hashes, not readable passwords.

Service providers may process data necessary to operate the platform: Render for hosting, Supabase for database storage, Resend for transactional email, Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for DNS/security, and Discord when you choose Discord sign-in. We retain data for as long as an account, league archive, or legal/operational requirement needs it.

Terms of Service

Paddock Records provides a racing-results archive, league-management features, and optional premium live telemetry. Accounts must use accurate information, protect their login credentials, and use the service lawfully and respectfully.

League owners are responsible for having permission to submit race data, media, branding, and driver information. Do not upload malicious files, private information without a lawful basis, copyrighted content without permission, or data intended to misrepresent an official result.

We may moderate, decline, remove, or correct submissions, forum content, accounts, and league pages where needed for security, accuracy, rights protection, or service integrity. Race records are presented from the supplied and approved source data; leagues remain responsible for their own sporting decisions.

Upload & Data Review Policy

Uploaded JSON race files and full-season archives enter a review workflow before publication. Site Admins may inspect, download, approve, decline, and retain a review note for submitted files. Approval publishes the imported record; it does not guarantee a source file is complete or correct.

Upload only files you are entitled to share. If a driver, league, or rights holder believes published information is inaccurate or inappropriate, contact support with the league, event, and requested correction.

Billing, Cancellation & Refunds

Premium access is applied to a league, not an individual account. Eligible linked league-owner accounts receive the related premium tools while the league subscription is active.

Checkout is handled by Stripe Managed Payments. Subscription changes apply once Stripe confirms the event to Paddock Records. A cancelled subscription remains available until the end of its paid period where Stripe reports it as active; access is removed once the subscription is no longer active.

For billing mistakes, duplicate charges, or refund requests, contact [email protected] with the payment email, league name, and Stripe receipt reference. Set and publish your final refund window before enabling public payment links.

Support

Customer support happens in the Paddock Records Discord. Join the server for account help, data corrections, client-app issues, billing questions, and league setup. Do not post passwords, payment card details, API keys, or raw private logs in public channels.

Security Reporting

Please report suspected vulnerabilities privately to [email protected] with steps to reproduce, affected URLs, and any relevant evidence. Do not access other users' data, disrupt service, or publish a vulnerability before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
